Accessibility of the training location

When organising a training course at a remote location, fine accessibility is key.

Casa Benissa is less than an hour from Alicante and Valencia airports. On request we have a pick-up and drop-off service to the airport but there is also a very good connection by bus or a nice route with the tram along the Costa Brava coast.

Atmosphere of the venue

It probably comes into play that you want to arrange an inspiring, beautiful venue for your event. An environment that contributes to motivation and to results. There is nothing wrong with an 'ordinary' training venue, but a walk along the coast is obviously great for stimulating your creativity.

Casa Benissa has plenty of space for rest and relaxation. This way, you can schedule moments of rest in your training to clear your head and relax in a hammock. The training location is 800 metres from the beautiful Costa Blanca coast.

Site capacity

What kind of event are you going to organise? Is it a workshop for 10 people? Then that requires different things from a training course involving 30 people. And do you want them to be neatly schooled in the process? Or will it be a loose session where everyone stays put?

Tip: Fewer participants usually means more personal attention and thus higher learning efficiency.

Casa Benissa is suitable for small and large groups and depending on the size, the training room can be arranged.

Type of event

Some events, such as workshops or conferences, need large spaces for presentations and group activities, while others, such as team-building sessions or seminars, may need smaller, more intimate spaces. It is important to choose a venue suitable for the size and nature of your event.

Different events require different facilities. For example, if you are organising an event that requires a lot of interaction and discussion, you might want a venue with breakout rooms and modern audiovisual equipment. If catering is important, you should choose a venue with a good restaurant or catering options. The atmosphere and surroundings of a venue can play a big role in the success of your event.

Catering

Of course, your participants' experience does not stop after your great training. The look of the training venue is one thing, but the taste of the coffee, the treats served with the coffee and the friendly service is important for the overall experience.

At Casa benissa, you are free to arrange this yourself. There are plenty of supermarkets nearby and you can certainly use our spacious outdoor kitchen with BBQ, Paella pan and/or pizza oven. Would you rather outsource this? Then contact us for the possibilities. Then everything will be taken care of down to the last detail and you will only have to focus on your training!

Extra tip - Flexibility

See if the venue is flexible in terms of adapting the space to your specific wants and needs. It is helpful if they are willing to think with you and make any adjustments to ensure your training event runs smoothly.
